In 2020 Kevin Cruz Founded Skyscraper Construction with a passion for construction serving South Florida.
As Chief Executive Officer Kevin Cruz oversees all items related to business development, construction operations including staffing assignments, project plan development and cost and schedule analysis. He also focuses on client development, internal and external relationships with subcontractors, design professionals and business partners.
Kevin holds an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Miami Dade College. He is OSHA 10 Certified, OSHA Boatswain Chair User Training Successfully passed, Suspended Scaffold and is a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida.
